Sometimes becoming a Mum can be an extremely daunting experience. 
This is compounded many times over when you are doing it all on your own with limited support or have other challenges in your life that are impacting on your parenting.

eMbrace has been designed as a free service to help struggling Mums who might need some:                                 

• practical and emotional support
• education, upskilling and mentoring
• encouragement and inspiration
